Agreement to these terms

lynkgear.com is operated by ATF Commerce LLC, a limited liability company trading under the brand name LYNK, at 3440 Estes Park Ln, McKinney, TX 75070, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "LYNK" mean that company, and "you" means the person browsing or buying.

By visiting the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, all of which form part of this agreement. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. Minors may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.

You must not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or in a jurisdiction where owning or importing them is restricted. Checking your local law is your responsibility, not ours.

Your account

You don't need an account to order, but if you create one, keep your password private and your details current. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

Tell us at support@lynkgear.com if you think someone else has access. We can suspend or close an account that's being used fraudulently, to abuse promotions, or in breach of these terms.

Products and availability

We describe and photograph our gear as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and dimensions and weights are nominal with normal manufacturing tolerance. Minor variation isn't a defect.

Stock shown on the site is indicative. An item can sell out between your click and our supplier confirming it, and we may limit quantities per customer, per order or per promotion. We can discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order, and for US customers the price shown at checkout also covers the import duties we prepay on your parcel — there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Customers outside the US may be charged duties by their own government, as explained in our Shipping Policy. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've paid.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you get straight away is an acknowledgement that we received it, not acceptance. The contract forms when we dispatch the goods and send you tracking.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, payment fails verification, the order looks fraudulent or is being resold, or we can't lawfully ship to your address. If we cancel, you're refunded in full and owe us nothing.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

If a payment is reversed or charged back after dispatch, you remain liable for the goods and any fees we incur, and we may suspend your account pending resolution. Talk to us before filing a chargeback — almost everything is faster to fix directly.

Shipping, returns and title

Delivery times, rates and carrier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms.

Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Using the product safely

Our gear is sold for its stated purpose and normal consumer use. Read the instructions and any safety information supplied with the product, and inspect equipment before each use.

Some products are not rated for life-support, load-bearing, climbing, industrial, medical or professional-rescue use unless the product page says so explicitly. Using gear beyond its stated rating is at your own risk and voids the warranty.

Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery, under normal use. If a product fails in that period, email support@lynkgear.com with your order number and photos, and we'll repair, replace or refund it at our option.

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, damage from accident, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, use outside the product's rating, or consumable parts. It applies to the original purchaser and isn't transferable.

This warranty is in addition to the rights you have under consumer law, which we don't try to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost data, lost opportunity, or loss arising from a delayed delivery. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.

The site and its content are provided as they are. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Intellectual property

The LYNK name and logo, the site design, product photography, copy, illustrations and code belong to ATF Commerce LLC or our licensors, and are protected by trademark and copyright law.

You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our product photography or descriptions for your own listings, scrape the site, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Reviews and content you post

When you post a review, comment, photo or video, or tag us on social media, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit and display that content in our marketing, on the site, in emails and in paid advertising, with credit to your handle where practical.

You confirm the content is yours to license, that anyone identifiable in it has agreed, and that it isn't unlawful, defamatory or misleading. We may remove any content at any time, and we don't have to publish a review just because you wrote one.

Things you can't do

• Buy for resale, or place bulk orders to strip stock, without our written agreement
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the site or its checkout
• Abuse discount codes, referral credit or return policies, including serial returning
• Submit false information, or use another person's payment method
• Interfere with the site's security, or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours
• Harass our staff — we end conversations that turn abusive, and we'll say so first

Email and SMS marketing

If you opt in, we send order updates always, and marketing only with your consent. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom. For texts, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing never affects transactional messages about an order you've placed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.

If you're a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, this doesn't remove your right to rely on the mandatory consumer protections and courts of the country where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@lynkgear.com with the details. Most disputes are settled within a week once someone reads them properly.

General terms

These terms, plus the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between us and replace anything said beforehand. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't mean we've given it up. You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours if the business is sold, without reducing your rights.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and the version live when you place an order governs that order.
